OUR PASTOR
Pastor Nathaniel Wickham and his wife, Jessica, have been married for 14 years and have 6 beautiful kids. Over the past few years, we have strived to bring a focus on The Word, His presence, and unity. We are devoted to see God bring freedom in everyone’s lives and bring change in their community. Nathaniel and Jessica are working towards creating a stronger, healthier community. Thriving in all aspects of life, to bring a greater love and commitment to Christ.
OUR BELIEFS
LWCC beliefs are firmly rooted in Scripture. These beliefs guide our decisions as we seek to act in line with what God wants for his people and how he sees us, which means making sure each decision made reflects Him.

We believe that God inspired the Bible and it’s the authoritative source. It's an essential guide for faith and life.

We believe that God is eternal. He has complete power over all things, so there's no way He could do anything wrong! God as three persons Father, Son and Holy Spirit yet remains one God.

God is great. He's all powerful, knowing everything about us and present in our lives even though we can’t see or touch Him; His love for mankind has never changed - He wants what’s best for everyone.

We believe that the Holy Spirit, sent from God to live in all who believe in Jesus, teaches, comforts, and empowers us, giving each follower of Jesus diverse gifts for serving in the church and serving others in the world. We believe that it is through the Holy Spirit that we change and develop a holy life and Jesus-like character.

Jesus paid the ultimate price to save us from our sins. He shed His blood on a cross, providing forgiveness for all your wrongdoings. When we place our faith in Him it provides us with forgiveness and salvation. This holy act can never be earned by us; rather it’s a gift from God that enables freedom from guilt and new life for those who believe.

We believe that the Holy Spirit, sent from God to the world to make people aware of their need to be more like Jesus Christ. We believe it's only through the Holy Spirit’s guidance, comfort, and conviction we change and grow into people more like Him. Believers are entitled to and should earnestly seek the baptism in the Holy Spirit. We believe this was the normal experience of Christ followers in the early Christian Church. With the Holy Spirit baptism comes power for life and service today.
